猪肉与蔬菜价格“玩跷跷板” 上月CPI同比涨幅或小幅回升******
中新网1月12日电(中新财经记者 谢艺观)1月12日，国家统计局将公布2022年全年及12月份全国居民消费价格指数(CPI)，2022年12月CPI走势会如何？全年CPI是否会在3%左右的预期目标内？

据农业农村部监测，2022年12月份，全国农产品批发市场猪肉批发均价为29.22元/公斤，环比下降13.8%，同比上升21.8%；蔬菜批发均价为4.10元/公斤，环比上升10.3%，同比下降16.4%。
“食品方面，弹性最大的猪肉与鲜菜走出相反行情，其中猪肉价格受疫情影响需求明显转弱，前期压栏惜售行为转为集中出栏，价格出现急跌。2023年春节较往年提前，导致鲜菜价格提早出现节日性上涨，2022年12月中下旬鲜菜、鲜果涨幅较大。”民生银行首席经济学家温彬表示。
“受需求影响其他食品涨跌互现，节日效应暂不明显。预计2022年12月食品价格环比小幅上涨。”温彬称，“整体看，预计2022年12月CPI同比增速将明显小幅上行至1.8%。”
2022年11月份，CPI同比上涨1.6%。据同花顺iFinD统计，19家机构对2022年12月CPI同比的平均预测值为1.85%。若上述平均预测值兑现，2022年12月CPI同比涨幅将小幅回升。

据国家统计局消息，2022年1—11月平均，CPI比上年同期上涨2.0%。2022年全年CPI会如何？能否实现全年CPI平均涨幅在3%左右的预期目标？
“预计全年CPI同比上涨2.0%，基本处于合理区间。”温彬认为。
在温彬看来，2022年，面对40年以来全球出现的最大通胀压力，我国通过保持定力的财政货币政策、及时有效的疫情防控措施、完善的工业生产体系以及相对安全的能源粮食保障，始终保持着相对温和的通胀水平。

“展望2023年，我国通胀仍将保持温和水平，随着疫情防控放松促进需求回升，通胀中枢大概率小幅升高。”温彬表示。
申万宏源证券认为，CPI方面，食品供给相对稳定，可选商品、服务消费内需相对不足，虽然疫情防控措施优化或推动2023年消费需求逐步回升，但食品能源供给压力缓和，CPI“大缓和”趋势仍有望持续至2023年全年。
“初步预计2023年年初，CPI同比或因春节效应小幅冲高至2.7%左右，但之后将快速回落。”申万宏源证券称，2023年整体CPI通胀压力仍相对可控。(完)
